Who is Bryden McGregor?

Bryden is a passionate Osteopath, yoga and meditation teacher. He graduated as an Osteopath from RMIT University in Melbourne in 2011 after completing a Bac.App.Sci (C. Med. Osteopathy) and a Masters of Osteopathy. Combining this with his experience in massage and sports training (VFL team Coburg Tigers) has helped him develop and utilise a range of techniques including manipulation, massage, dry needling and stretching, patient education and exercise prescription. As well as gentle techniques through Craniosacral and Biodynamic approaches which he has extensively studied in his 12 years of practice. Through effective assessment, diagnosis and treatment, He tries to guide an individual to a better understanding of their body while providing symptomatic relief. 

Desiring a deeper relationship with health has led to many adventures, one of which has been travelling to India to study hatha yoga, breath and meditation with Sattva yoga Academy in Rishikesh in India. Bryden is now a Master Sattva Teacher after returning on multiple occasions- 700hrs+ and loves running workshops, retreats and teaching yoga and meditation to groups and individuals. He enjoys how the philosophy of yoga and Osteopathy are aligned in bringing about health to an individual.
